Our Story
Since 2018 we have been providing high-end commercial flooring products and installation services to general contractors, architects, real estate companies, and facility managers in the beautiful, fast-growing city of Austin, Texas. We are a small company with a lot of heart and rapidly growing, now serving the greater Texas area. The team we have built are committed to providing our clients with quality and efficient service.

Mark Lange
President

Mark started his career in Public Accounting but the cubicle life was just not a good fit, he transitioned into Construction in 2015. Using his background in Construction and Public Accounting he took a leap of faith and decided to operate and manage a commercial flooring company. He prides himself on delivering transparency and clear communication to clients. When Mark is not handling the day to day or on the golf course, he spends his time with his wife and daughter.
Mike Pierce

Mike has flooring in his blood. He grew up in Arizona in a family flooring business. Throughout his career in flooring he has worked for Mohawk & Shaw in addition to running his own flooring company. He brings an extensive amount of knowledge to Paramount and has a keen eye for detail. Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and two daughters along with golf, cornhole, and anything outside. He will say he is an avid Crossfitter though it may not look like it.
Hunor Shuket
Senior Superintendent

Hunor Shuket started his career in the flooring industry in 2012 as an installer, throughout the years he has worked his way up to a foreman, superintendent, and now Paramount Company & Floors' senior superintendent. His greatest asset is his ability to utilize the knowledge in all of his previous positions in order to understand the needs of the people he supervises and set fair expectations for quality of work. In his spare time he loves to be with his family and get in a round of Disc Golf whenever he can.
Tom Vardell

​Tom has worked in the flooring industry for the past 15 years as a manufacturer rep for both Mohawk and Shaw Floors. Most recently leading the Philadelphia Commercial brand in North Texas. In his spare time Tom enjoys playing softball, watching Aggie Football and cheering on his kids in soccer and basketball.
Clay Elkins
Project Manager & Estimator

Right after Clay finished college he dove into the world of high end residential move-ins and interior finish-outs. Using that experience as leverage to break into the commercial construction industry he would eventually find his niche here in commercial flooring. He is a Longhorn fan through and through and loves to fish, hunt, and football.

Bailey has worked in the flooring industry for 2 years. She previously worked as a nanny and decided she needed something a little bit more exciting. With that, she went headfirst into the construction industry and found flooring has become one of her passions. She says the three things that can get you through anything are "community, communication, and consistency". She was born in Tupelo, Mississippi and raised on Ole Miss football. Bailey enjoys spending time with friends, visiting family in Mississippi, hanging out with her pups, and will drop anything for a trip to the beach.
